In the historic courtroom above the main street in Mellingen, the projected mural shows how court was held in the mid-17th century. The picture shows three different, simultaneously taking place scenes around the court:

1. the courtroom with the town clerk, the weibel and the accused chained to the column,

2. the street corner with the accused who are led to court and the convicts who are exposed to mockery and derision in the revolving cage on the corner of the house,

3. The court with the mayor as head, surrounded by the 7 judges formed from the council, all of whom are identified in coats of the city colors. The meeting takes place in the middle of the main street, and people are still waiting for the weibel, the town clerk, and the accused. In the background, the executioner from Baden is driving his horse-drawn cart with the wheel for "wheel braiding", the rack and knitting.

The illustration was developed in cooperation with the head of the Mellingen Museum Commission.

The stately country estate "Villa Pastori" in Piedmont invites you to idleness in the house and park like no other place. Within a creative workshop, various free illustrations were created around the imposing property and its exciting history.

The Doll's House illustration depicts all the rooms of the house as it is today and inspires exploration, both on the B&B's website and on site.
